1. Rough-In
The foundation stage. Main water supply lines, drain pipes, and vents are installed beneath floors and within framing before walls are closed.
2. Top-Out
Pipes are extended vertically through walls, connecting the system from below to future fixtures. This stage includes completing water lines, drains, and venting, along with placing structural blocking for fixture support.
3. Trim-Out
The finishing phase. All visible fixtures — sinks, toilets, tubs, and faucets — are installed, connected, and tested for proper operation and watertight performance.
